Returns

Each order is lovingly checked before we ship it to you, but occasionally items may be damaged during transit. For breakages, please contact us at store@vivve.com.au with a picture of your damaged product within 72 hours of receiving your parcel.

Your satisfaction is most important to us, we will do our best to ensure you are happy with every purchase. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at store@vivve.com.au  if you are unhappy with your order. In most cases returns are issued as a store credit or exchange due to the nature of our products. Refunds and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Vivve Synergi. Please note we are unable to refund shipping costs.
